Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to ship every order within 1 day of payment being received.
Most of our products are sent using a standard untracked service (3-7 days). However, some of our products that happen to be locally shipped in the US will have standard shipping speed is 2-3 business days.
Please note that during the pandemic there have been delays of up to 4-8 weeks on international orders. We thank you for your patience.
If your order arrives damaged, broken or faulty, send us a photo of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll replace or refund your order according to your preference.
If you placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind and no longer want the item that you ordered, you can ship the order back to us at:

ESG Liiving does not take responsibility for orders placed to incorrect addresses. If you enter incorrect address details, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to re-route your package.
Please make sure to return your order within 30-days of delivery.
All of our products can be returned undamaged within 30 days for any reason, but some products come with 5-year or lifetime warranties.
Our warranties cover any manufacturer's fault in the product. If your product breaks through no fault of your own within the stated warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
What we do not cover: Accidental damage, for example from dropping a product onto a hard surface.
Wear and tear. Over time your products may pick up scratches and blemishes. This is not covered by our warranty.
